The first and undoubtedly valuable experience was the State Project on the Reconstruction of the Atyrau-Aktau highway, the Kulsary-Oporny section. The project started in 2006, and was successfully completed in 2009. The company carried out work on the rehabilitation of the 57 km long road, bringing the roadbed and pavement to the parameters of the second technical category, construction of culverts, and junctions.
From then on, the reference record of the implemented projects and their geographical localization continued to expand. So far, a number of projects on highways construction have been completed and are still in progress in Atyrau, Mangistau, Karaganda, Akmola, Almaty, Zhambyl, Aktyubinsk, East Kazakhstan regions, as well as in Astana and abroad.
It is worth mentioning that during the implementation of the South-West Roads Project: “ Western Europe – Western China” International Transit Corridor (CAREC 1b), Reconstruction (construction) of road “Almaty – Kokpek- Chunja-Koktal-Khorgos”, Almaty –Khorgos km 0-304.4, Lot 5 and 6, for the first time the company applied the technology of building a road with cement concrete pavement. The gained experience has opened up opportunities for “SP“ Sine Midas Stroy ”LLP to participate in similar road construction projects, which are currently being successfully implemented.
The production capacity of the Company continues to increase with leading and known brands. At present, the Company has its own 11 (eleven) asphalt plants, there are also 9 (nine) crushing and screening plants, 4 (four) stationary concrete plants, 4 (four) mixing plants, 3 (three) emulsion plants. All these expensive production cycles are capable of providing road construction with finished material. In addition to the above, the company owns a huge fleet of road-building equipment, dump trucks and other special equipment, more than 450 units. Also in the conditions of conducting field work, the company has a road-building laboratory, and several shift camps with the possibility of accommodation for up to 2000 people.
Recently, the company SINE MIDAS STROY has entered the international arena and is now implementing projects in Poland in a consortium.
